"How
we got started and Why" continued... First, the company should have a
physical address, phone number, business license, be a member of their local
association that promotes better business in their area or at least have a
record of cooperation with them, and have other references. I found that
ideally, the larger the company, and the longer in business, the better.
Finally, I started to come across a few legitimate companies offering real
work-at-home jobs. But the funny thing was by now, some six months later,
I had learned so much about this industry that I was determined to get this
valuable information out to other families like ours. So we began to compile the companies that we felt were the "good-ones." We had to research hundreds of companies just to find one good one. Once we did, we "investigated" the company. We sent away for their literature, checked their references, checked to see if they were a member of their local business association, or at least had a good business record with them. If they offered product assembly work we sent for their assembly kits and their finished products, we even visited some of them at their manufacturing locations! Once we had our first fifty or so companies, we put together a directory. We dedicated nearly a full page to each company, describing every detail. We included photos of the companies' products. We watched them closely to ensure that they were "good" companies. In general, all our research paid off, most of the companies were great. At first we went through a few who disappointed us, but we quickly got rid of them. We continued our research and learning process. Our organization grew and we eventually became expert researchers. We kept getting better at finding the "best" companies available. Over the years our company has established a reputation as the leader in our industry. We were written about in several local and national publications, including "Parents Magazine", "INC Magazine" and others. Please see About Us. We started getting calls and letters from people telling us they were thankful we were providing such a service. They had been looking for legitimate home-based employment for a long time, and they were finally able to find it through us. We took these calls and letters to heart, ensured that we continued to live up to the motto that we established from the very beginning- "We set the standards" Eventually, we became large enough, and well known enough, that we could require certain companies that we approved to be in our program to sign an agreement. They had to abide by our guidelines of better business practices. To this day, we continue these ideals. Over the last eleven years, we've established the best home-work information program in the nation. Today our program offers several directories and online databases that include our best research on 700 companies in total. They have been researched and approved by us to be in our program. Although we are always finding more, most of these companies have proven themselves to us over a long time. We looked for companies that qualified (based on our research), and that ideally offered work anywhere in North America, required little or no experience, needed little or no money to start, and the work they offered was generally pretty easy to do. We strive to ensure that there is a variety of work. There are plenty of choices for the tastes of everyone. It took us years and a lot of hard
work (trust me on this one), to locate, research, compile and keep up with this
great research, but we did it and we are proud to offer it to you now.
The reason our product is the best is because we care so much and we've
conducted the BEST research. |
